well i'm only answering cause i had the same problem a long time ago you might get some wd 40 or a bar of soap and run it like a lubricate on the hose and around it it might be dry that might be why its making that noise i would go to a parts store run it past them you could even call and ask they are pretty good about telling you over the phone or see about a new belt sometimes that might fix the problem
