Hi jack, the chances are not very high. If you have ever watched a video on miosis, you would see that thousands of sperm swim up the fallopian tubes and only one makes it to create a baby. I am going to tell you this and please hear me:

ALWAYS WEAR A CONDOM

There are many many diseases out there, not just Hiv, you do not hear about most of them until you contract one. I doubt that your friend is pregnant, yes, there is a chance, i'd say a ratio of about maybe 1 in 10.. But PLEASE do not do this again, take my advice, the abortion line is much too long and it breaks my heart :(
