I had my pet rabbit for one day and now it ran away I cant find it any where, PLEASE HELP!?

If your rabbit was recently caged in the shop then, yes, he will survive. if not, then he may die as he gets adopted getting fed by humans.
And i am really sorry that your rabbit ran away
