I had my period on 19th August and on 2nd sept I had little bleeding which seemed like old blood and

... than stopped suddenly on 3rd morning I checked my discharge it was a thick and light brownish we are trying for our second baby since May. Can I be pregnant ? Also I feel back pains nausea and heart burns. I am 34 years old. Please help
