Yea that kinda not with in the realm of a high grade officer Did you salute him?if he has done this in the past?Is this a branch of service?

No I am working in AARP program, I went for an evaluation and he is the director. I previously file a grievance against him, and he just didn't extended his hand to say good morning or something?

The fact you filed a complaint could be the reason he didn't extend his hand very possible that it could be a reason why
