Dreams don't always make sense. I once compared 3 books on the meanings of dream symbols, and for the symbols I looked up, none of them were in any agreement.
It's my theory that sometimes our dreams are a way for our subconsciousness to give us a message, which may have a meaning only as the feeling it gives you, that other times our dreams are just a mix of stuff we've recently been exposed to (like maybe you recently saw a small white dog), and that other times, dreams are just used as an alarm clock (like bathroom dreams when we're sleeping with a full bladder).
Again, if you look up symbols in books of 3 dream symbol "experts", you'll see that they're pulling it out of their rear. If those meanings resonate with you, then great. I think it's more important what you think and/or feel about the aspects of your dreams.
I looked up some stuff, a white dog is a true and pure friend. The keys mean power and access. I dont know if I have power over this person or they have power over me. I can think of one girl who I told alot of stuff to so that could be it.. I dunno, I feel like its trying to tell me something because it was so vivid.
