I don't feel like I'm tripping anymore but I am still feeling slight effects making me feel like the dxm is still inside of me, I'm getting really bad anxiety about it which keeps sending me into the panic attacks/making feel like I am having flashbacks to the trip
I had 100 mg of dxm and had a really bad trip and now 2 days later I am having constant panic attack

I just want to know if others have felt this and if so how did you deal with it or how should I deal with this right now. All I want is for this constant anxiety to end. I have never had anxiety or depression issues before.

Your body may be more susceptible, or have a lower tolerance to drugs such as this, you may need to lower your dosage, speaking to a doctor or a pharmacist may give you something a bit weaker but have the same remedy for your anxiety condition. Best I can say is take half the dosage such as breaking the capsule in half, or half the amount of the fluid. I know in my case my body had a bigger tolerance and immunity against anesthetics, I would go to a dentist, they would apply it and id still feel the full pain that they could no longer give me the meds that I had to come another day, or id have to take 4.5x the normal amount of ibuprofen to get the same effect of pain relief others would get. And my body mass has nothing to do with it since im relatively average at 5'7 and 155 lbs.
