It's probably semi-permanent or temporary hair dye. If it's not ask your stylist.

Two reasons one it's semi permanent dye and two certain shampoos aren't hair dye friendly I'd recommend getting something sulfate and alcohol free I use Moroccan argon oil shampoo.
