I got my bottom 2 wisdom teeth pulled 4 days ago and I noticed a small hole in my gum with a reddish mark above it. I have been trying to eat a burrito (the insides) and it hurts on only the right side where the hole is. Am I tripping? Because the left side is perfect and already looks to be about healed but the right side hurts but it is not an unbearable pain just a pain is like to go away. I got prescribed hydros and those help but make me sick and ibuprofen dosnt help the pain, I took 800mg of ibuprofen and can still feel it. I also waited 72 hours to smoke a cigarette and have followed every step the dentist told me to do. Should I be worried?
