I got 2 testicles but above my right one I got a ball 1/3 of the size of my testicle, what is that?

I'm a girl but i thought boy's only have 2 testical's. You might be growing more testical's. Good for you if it is. :/

Sounds like epididymitis. Go to a urologist.
