At home I get really distracted about doing my chores and forgeting things that are useful. I feel like I am makeing my parents upset and I am trying to make them happy. I need tips on becomeing more focused on things.

It's been over a decade, but when I was a teen and younger, I would get headphones that fit well, and a CD player. Nowadays you could get a better means of listening to music. The headphones are to keep from annoying your parents. I would also stretch now and then, as it gets the blood flowing. Cleaning up my room without music was so boring and took forever, but cleaning with music made it easy, and it didn't really feel like a chore.

I forgot to mention that I also use a whiteboard now. Put it somewhere you will notice, such as your room's door or the refrigerator. Keep the markers nearby. When I was able to work, we would keep our hours marked on one. Seemed to work well.
