Are you doing anything out of ordinary for you? If you are stressed out you should go see you doctor or simply get unstressed! have you tried sudafed ? When are you getting headaches is the thing you need to be most conscience about. I am not a doctor so.... go visit one!
I've been there. No medication can fight the pain. Not until a friend told me to visit a chiropractor. To my surprise, drfryer.ca explained that chronic headache can be treated with chiropractic care. I couldn't believe it at first, but I was educated, not to mention I was provided with preventive ways.
For me I try water first as many headaches are caused by dehydration.
Then turmeric powder, best taken as a tea, but a capsule is better than nothing. This is an anti-inflammatory so I imagine it taking the strain off my skull.
These two usually do the job, but if they don't Ibuprofen or Paracetamol. I start with Ibuprofen and sometimes find it doesn't work, then I try Paracetamol.
If you have a really deep headache that just won't quit. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and imagine the extra oxygen getting to and helping your brain. Massage temples and scalp, straighten your posture. Drink lots of water. Pamper yourself e.g. indulgent food or a massage. Make sure you are free from stress and fully loose and relaxed.
