so ever since Christmas vacation started i started doing less to no exercise and getting only up too 4 to 3 hours a sleep since i can control my sleep time is now messed up i went from 110 pounds to 118 pounds i don't like where this is going and i don't want my friends to find out since its embarrassing Im 1 meter 70 male and Im 14 years old. I really want to lose he weight gained and some more since Im the most nonathletic out of the group of my friends

Since you asked no question i can only guess at what you want.
Per your age and height and depending whether your body frame is small, medium, or large your ideal weight falls some where between 105 for a small frame to 125 for a large frame.
So it doesn't sound as if you have an earth shattering problem. Since we don't know your body type, we don't know if your beginning weight was right to begin with.
I would suggest you simply choose a daily calorie intake like 1,800 and start counting your calories. You reach 1,800 stop eating! You'd be wise to divide that number by 4 to give you 3 meals a day and a snack.
Exercise by walking. 12 blocks equals 1 mile. Ultimately you want that time to be 15-20 minutes to complete your walk. Work up to it walk every day, 4 blocks every day next week 5 blocks every day adding a block until you get to 12 then your goal is time. It's that simple.
You know good and well you need more sleep than that and its up to you to get it. No magic wand.
