As I was driving to my house I saw something fall out a tree. When we went back to see if it was still there, we found a baby Mississippi Kite Hawk. His leg seems to be broken and I can't find any place online that will tell me if they are able to help set his leg and possibly get a cast for it. I live in Oklahoma so if anyone has any information that would help please share. Should I try to keep him and bring him to health by myself or should I put him in a "shelter"?

I suggest bringing the hawk to a professional wildlife officer, or calling wildlife services. Hawks are wild by nature and there's no knowing how well they'd respond to human interactions. If you still have the hawk, perhaps try setting his leg with Popsicle sticks and some gauze? Supply the bird with water, and whatever it is that the Internet says hawks eat. Best of luck to you and the bird! :)
