I have been to the doctor multiple times for inflamed lymph nodes in my neck/cheeks/jaw line and each time, they say because they are so round and my skin moves over it that I shouldn't worry about them.
Yesterday I noticed the same thing, but on my boob. I don't want to keep going in if they're just going to tell me it's nothing, but also don't want to put it off if it's something I should be concerned about.
Don't take no for an answer. If you're concerned then your GP should be too.
lymph glands do not become enlarged for no reason - and it all depends how large they are -( and nothing to do with their shape or the fact that skin moves over them) you don't say. It if they are larger than 1.5cm in diameter then I would worry and if they do not change after a couple of weeks then I would defiantly go back and see the doc. Any lump in your breast should be examined if only to put your mind at rest and if your doc makes you feel as if you're wasting his time then change your doc.
If you have recently lost weight without dieting or changing your diet, if you feel exhausted even though you've had enough sleep, if you're itchy or you're having night sweats then mention this also to your doctor. Actually mention anything that has recently changed. You know your body best. You know when something is wrong. Trust your instincts and get yourself checked out.

Thank you for your response. I haven't had any changes in weight (i've been very skinny my whole life regardless of my level of activity) i have dry/ itchy patches on my skin, but from what i read, it is dry itchy skin on my breast that i should be concerned about? Also, i have night sweats and unreasonable exhaustion.
