Whenever I try to sleep I get so overwhelmed by all of my thoughts and I can't focus on sleeping. I really don't know what to do, please help. Also: I suffer from panic attacks at day and they are also triggered by sleep deprivation.

We live in what the Bible calls “critical times hard to deal with.” (2 Timothy 3:1) Because of that, anxiety can affect young people as much as it affects adults.
However the Bible also says,“Who of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his life span?”—Matthew 6:27. Unless anxiety leads you toward a solution, it will only add to your problem—or become your problem.
Suggestions:
*Take things one day at a time. “Think it through. Will what you are anxious about matter tomorrow? in a month? in a year? in five years?”
*Learn to live with what you cannot change.
*Put your situation in perspective, focus on the big picture and not stress over the details.
*Pray - doing so aloud so you can hear your voice, allows you to vocalize what you are anxious about. The Bible says: “Throw all your anxiety on [God], because he cares for you.”—1 Peter 5:7.
*Write, down your thoughts, what troubles you now belongs to the paper.
*Walk, exercise, not only improves your health, but helps your thinking process.
*sleeplessness- soft music, nature sounds, warm milk, sleepy time tea.
If anxiety is prolonged or excessive, it might be good for you to get a medical checkup.
