They took the money, paid onemonth interest and disappeared. I couldn't find them and received a Judgment in default in 2011. Then, in 2013, I have found a residence place of one of the brothers and he was examined by the court and Attachment to Earnings Order was issued. In 3 months, he resigned from his employment and changed place of his residence. In 2016, HCOs found the residence of the 2nd brother and collected the money from him. He paid their debt with interests in full. He submitted an application to strike the claim out because of abusing of the court process. He said that he did not know anything about the court proceedings and never received the claim. My claim was set aside and relisted. What can I do now? Is there any reason for me to participate with this hearing because I don't have any claim anymore because I received my money in full?
