So I eat clean, and trained for 3 months of ballet and fitness. I got nothing. My friend, who just started and is on her 5th day has got a flatter stomach than me and more ab definintion. what is wrong with my ways?

I'm just going to say this straight out, there is nothing wrong with your ways. I'm also going to explain something. People are different in many ways. I would like to assume that your friend has a higher metabolism then you do which would probably be one of many explanations for this.
