Granted, it is the summertime in Arizona, but I drank most of the water while I was inside and not sweating. This is happening quite frequently and I want to know if this is normal.
I drank about three and a half gallons today and I only peed about two cups. Is this normal?

I work as a courtesy clerk at Frys (front end at Kroger) and am quite active, however I am not sweating a large amount.

You may think you are not sweating, but it's only because the sweat dries quickly. If you restrict air movement you will have soggy clothing right away. I have drunk as much as a gallon of liquids on a hot afternoon in Phoenix. It's normal, but it only happens in hot dry weather when you are active. It is also normal to overestimate the amount of water you drink.
