I downloaded a document from QB to excell and it won't let me use the color fill?

Details:

I use this every week on my report - the only thing I did different is that I changed the view to easier to read

Added 3+ months ago:

I figured it out - when I changed to high contrast for viewing the colors wouldn't show - I went back to normal colors and they were there - thanks for the help
