I've wrestled for 4 years now and never really improved. But, in those 4 years my coach taught me things about being a man that I just never really gotten anywhere else. He's always supported me but my heart isn't in the sport of wrestling and I don't know what to do about this dilemma. I don't have the full commitment to wrestle and I would just like guidance.

Tell him the truth, tell him that wrestling is just not for you. Tell him that you enjoyed his classes, and the cliche thing everyone says. "it's not you, it's me..." In all seriousness, just tell him the truth it's no fun for both of you when you are playing out of guilt.
