My YouTube channel don't have a cutrom URL yet because I don't like the URL what YouTube offered to me. I changed my Google account name some days ago, and I want my custom URL with my new name, however, YouTube offered me the custom URL with my previous name.

Sign in to YouTube and go to your advanced account settings.
Under Channel settings select the link to claim your custom URL.
In the Get a custom URL box, you'll see the custom URL(s) you've been approved for. You can't change these, but you may need to add a few letters or numbers to make the URL unique to you.
Select the box next to "I agree to the Terms of Service," then click Change.
If you have already created a custom url, it cannot be changed for any reason. I do not remember if you can create your own url. Think 3 times before you hit change because once you hit change you are stuck with it forever until one day they change that.
