I always had to breathe with my mouth by inhaling the air and exhaling it as well. I tried breathing with my nose, but I just can't, it doesn't seem as though I can breathe at all when I breathe with my nose. Is this something that commonly occurs or am I being paranoid? Many of my friends and family members think I am joking and don't find this to be such a big deal. So, what I'm asking is if it matters if I can't manage to breathe through my nose alone. Thank you!

I visited my doctor again, and this time he told me that I might need surgery, but I can't go through with this. I don't want to, what should I do?
Thank you, I tried visiting my doctor, but all he said was that it's fine because I have asthma. However, he did give me some tips on how to control my breathing and another inhaler, but I still can't breathe out of my nose, only with my mouth.
Thank you again!
