I dont know c programming..i am going to do my electronics engineering(BE).So will I be able to do?

yes u can learn c if u really want to learn u doesn't bother about branch
Some time student from it branch do not know c and student from ec branch know c better than it branch student ... So it depends upon u And to learn c go for the book-
