I don't have a desktop/laptop can I still configure my new modem/router?

I have cable and Internet now but I bought a modem/router so I don't have to pay a monthly fee from my service provider but I don't have any kind of desktop or laptop to configure the new modem/router. Am I able to use my ps4 or smartphone?

You shouldn't have to configure anything...I've never had to with any service provider I've ever had. All you need is your SID and password and you can connect to your network from your phone's wifi settings, same for your ps4
