Nutrient deficiencies. Your body will get weak and get diseases easier. Scurvy for example, which you get without enough vitamin C. It causes bleeding gums, and busted capillaries. You can get anemia, from lack of folate, as well as GI tract deterioration. Depression and confusion, from B6 defenciency, night blindness from lack of vitamin a, and irregular heartbeat from potassium defeciency. You can also get stomach ailments easier and more often. Oh, also, not eating fruit or vegetables increases your chance of cancer. The antioxidants in vegetables lower the risk of cancer. Also probably get diabetes, blood pressure rises, higher chance of heart disease, and so on. Hope this is helpful!
People who don't eat vegetables don't usually live years. They die screaming after a few weeks. Vegetable fiber is absolutely necessary to sweep the colon clean. Wheat bran is the best, two slices of whole grain bread every day. That's not much, but it's necessary to prevent diverticulitis, which is extremely painful.
Study some books about nutrition so you know things like this.
