I have recently put on 75 lbs. over the past 10 weeks (110-185) due to stress, lack of sleep ,less time for a meal (me resorting to fast food) and parties. The worst part is I like my fat body. I want to get fatter, but don't at the same time. I think I would be happier and feel more comfortable fatter. I am at a 65-35 (65 wants to get fat 35 doesn't want to get fat). I am even wearing less clothing (bikini, underwear, crop top, etc.) just to see my body. I am also binge eating a lot as well. Please help me as I am unsure as what to do.

The good news is that you can see why you gained the weight. Most people don't even recognise that much. You need to undo the things that lead to the weight gain. It's not necessary to be a super-slim catalogue girl, a healthy weight is fine, but healthy is the operative word. Obesity leads to health problems, difficulties in relationships and eventually lower self-esteem, not to mention another sequel to the Bridget Jones movies.
