...get a ticket. If so, how likely is it? The ambulance did not stop (so I don’t think they wrote down my license) or honk to signal that they were mad. I just recently got my license and it was my first experience driving near an ambulance, which I know is no excuse and I definitely learned my lesson. But I’m so nervous! Please answer!

Fire trucks, ambulances, police cars
anyone of those with lights flashing and/or siren on you are required to pull to the right immediately and stop. If they were trying to save a life they would not stop to discuss it with you.
Learn your lesson don't do it again.
Nothing is going to happen. However, remember that those vehicles may have dash cams in the future that photograph your license plate.
