I was using my earbuds and I took them out and I feel it itche I went to clean it and there was blood Note* I use earbuds all the time sometimes for hours.

If it’s the ear lobe, you could wait. This could be a cut or an allergy with a cut including pierced ears if you have any. If it’s the ear internally go see a doctor. First check and make sure there’s no cut inside the ear so you know it’s coming from the ear drum area, as a cut on the surface is less serious than ear drum damage. You could have an infected ear or ruptured ear drum. Based on your actions a foreign object could have entered your ear and damaged it, weather or not it was the ear bud. Watch out for symptoms such as dizziness or nausea, and if you feel any pain connected with this especially tell this to your doctor and do your best to describe the pain so they have an idea of what it is.
