I can't update my PC, a little help here?

So, I didn't update to Windows 10, so I'll still have Windows 8.1.

Now, I was going to download some security updates, but then it just said "Windows 10: Downloading setup files."

I have no idea on how to get my PC in shape now.

Any way to fix/bypass the 'Downloading setup files' problem?
