Okay so I'm just really concerned and confused right now and am looking for answers or tips from? anyone who can offer them... I'm a very sleepy person and tend to take at least one nap a day no matter how much sleep i get but lately it's been a lot worse, for example, I just slept since last night until 6:30 pm after waking up briefly to get out of going to school at around 7 this morning. I am still incredibly exhausted. I have suffered from depression for as long as I can remember but this is still very abnormal for me

You must talk to your physician! Depression can cause severe sleepiness. There are known cases where people end up sleeping around 22hrs a day. If you are not on depression medication you should consider it. If you are then it's not working for you. There are also other cases that you just randomly fall asleep, for instance while you're driving or while you're walking. Please see your physician!
