I used to smoke and since I stopped I keep eating all the time I was wondering if there was anything I can have in my hands like a cigarette to stop me from wanting to smoke or eating all the time?

It seems to me that it is less that you are addicted to smoking and cigarettes and more that you are addicted to constantly having something in your mouth. Chew gum. The chewing gum provides you with what your brain wants, your mouth moving and chewing. Plus, it pulls you away from food and cigarettes.
