I can't sleep for half (im not sleep at all) and im also not tired too since i regural exercise my body also i think i got headache from lack of sleep too anyone know to cure? also im somewhat immune or least affect to most drug thanks to my body -.-

i think if you exercise before you try to sleep its hard to fall asleep. try to exercise quite some time before you actually go to bed, let your body calm time for atleast 2 hours and then maybe try to sleep. dont do intensive stuff before. also dont drink stuff like energy if u do, it will keep you awake. maybe u exercise too much. im not sure tho if u do try to stop it! :)
well i don't know that was a case since i never be able to relax in first place and im not exercise too much too
btw what i mean is i didn't sleep for half year at all and i not tired too i think it was strange well only headache that i side effect and eyes alway awake i can rest my eye by close it and let time goes by hah
