I went to bed at 9:00pm and read a book until 10:30pm (I love reading). It is now 11:13pm and I can't sleep. I think I am and always have been insomniac. I'm not sure. I hate doing relaxation exercises and counting things and I can't move or do anything because my parents are asleep and I don't want to wake them. HELP?!?? Please. Thanks. If you wake up at 6am-7am so I don't think it is insomnia. I know professors say people should sleep 8-10 hours but I think that is too much.
Every person has his biologic clock, someone sleeps 11 hours and someone sleeps 6 hours.
For example I can't sleep more than 7 hours, I often fall asleep at 01:00 and when I wake up in 6:30 I don't feel tired.
And if I'll force myself to sleep at 21:00, I'll wake up in 03:00 and will not sleep anymore.
That why I fall asleep at 00:00 or 01:00.
