I recently updated my phone and i can't set my sound under 14% with my sound buttons, and it's really annoying, please help someone

Most likely a glitch in your phone, I had a OnePlus 3 before and this happened so all I had to do was restart the phone and it worked, if that doesn't work, make sure all of your files are backed up or yu have a copy then factory reset the phone. If it still happens then I don't know what you can do with it.
I had a OnePlus 3 and this happened, it is a glitch or maybe the keys are broken. If it is a glitch then just rest your phone, when that doesn't work just backup all of your apps and files or copy them then factory reset your phone, if this fails then your keys are probably broken
All my friends with the same phone are having it, it's probably in the update
