I have. 4.0 gpa in school, but I keep worrying. I constantly worry and it brings me off track. I can't sleep until late and wake up at 3:00 and I can't sleep. I cannot relax without thinking of grades. I'm very stressed. What do I do?

The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
Take warm milk and calcium pills at bed time. It's the best sleeper you can get and the only side effect is strong bones.
