I can unlock the valkryrie but not the hydra. Why. I completed the humane labs heist already?

I completed the humane labs raid completely but I have only unlocked the valkryrie. I can't get the hydra and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get the mythical hydra. I play on the Xbox 360.

I'm not familiar with this particular game, but did you complete all of the sidequests? Sometimes, games have secondary quests that you have to complete before getting all items and objectives.
