This is weird though because I don't understand why facebook would allow me to send a friend request and message someone but then when I do it denies it and says it can't be sent.

This is weird though because I don't understand why facebook would allow me to send a friend request and message someone but then when I do it denies it and says it can't be sent.
I don't think so cause if they had me blocked I wouldn't see their profile and I don't think their banned because they are always changing their profile pic
