Sooo... I have had this wild pain in the roof of my mouth the past few days. And today suddenly I can feel a pulse in my mouth! And I'm really freaking out..... Is this a symptom of some disease, and is their a way to stop it, or is there another reason, cause I can't stop checking it,,,, umm btw it's on the roof of my mouth... I really need help!!!!

Easy solution, you go and see a doctor and/or a dentist. I have no idea what that could be unless you've been jamming things in your mouth and have cut/damage your palete... if I wanted to be evil I could say that it might be indicative of oral cancer BUT I'M 100% sure you've not got that. It could be something to do with your back teeth, nerves get trapped or damaged in strange ways and can cause pains in places not related to the actual injury. A strong pulse in your mouth is indicative of increased blood flow which again suggests an injury somewhere in your mouth. Again, you have to go see an expert. You simply are not going to get helpful medical advice on a Q and A forum for something that serious. We tend to help better with minor medical issues like how to clean braces or how to stop a nosebleed etc...
