I've tried to find facts on the net, but all I can find is people explaining how you can dilate your pupils by adjusting light, thinking specific thoughts or increase the adrenaline level. I don't do any of that. It's just like I'm pulling a muscle. Is it some kind of mutation or something?

It used to be that every teenage girl went to dances, and eventually she learned that if she would look at a guy and think "Ask me to dance", even across a crowded dance floor, he would notice and come talk to her. From what I hear, the teen experience is very different now, and that's why you think it is abnormal to have conscious control over your pupils.
yeah, I'm just going to ignore all that ...
You folks need to read a book so you know a few things. When you look at something and think a kind thought, your pupils widen, and that can be seen across a large room such as a dance floor. If you look at something and think disapproving thoughts, your pupils narrow. You control your thoughts, so you control your pupils. Actors practice that, since eyes are an important part of love scenes.
You also need to work on displaying better manners.
What does this have to do with what the person asked?
I'll save you the comment....NOTHING
