If your using Tab, it not gonna matter what key your harp is pitched to as long as its diatonic (major scale)...AND, as long as your not using any key of C pitched rhythm tracks or MIDI files of your FAV tunes to practice with....Now, musically the key of C has no sharps or flats but G has F# (instead of F) at the 7th progression of the scale...BUT, on your G harp, that F# will naturally be your 7th note on a Diatonic Harp...No worries... Id get a C harp if I were you so when you listen to exps of your FAV tunes IN C, they'll be pitch relevant and you can play along...I jam with harp players often and most have as many as 30 harps to play diatonically AND Blues (Cross harping)for all the 12 Chromatic Keys...Looks like theres ALOT of good info on the net for gettin started!..But yeah , Keep your G harp becuase often times Wildwood Flower starts in C and modulates to G...All you'll have to do is play the same melody in the same places on both harps!..Hope this helps..
