I have been doing that and surprisingly works
I would recommend a second opinion. I was very ill and my doctor would say this or that. It turned out when I went to another doctor, I had diabetes. By then, it had permanent issues.
But for now, keep a food journal. Write down what you eat and drink and how much. I actually get ill after eating anything with gluten. Anything with over 7 grams of sugar, also makes me spiral or not having any sugar or skipping meals, makes me crash, gives me headaches and I feel very sick to my stomach.
Also, in your journal, note how you feel that day. When did you start feeling badly, etc.
By doing this, I figured out how and what I need to eat throughout the day to keep my blood sugar where it should be and what foods were good or bad for me personally.
I had to give up so many types of food, but at the same time, when I eat the way I am supposed to, I feel better, am more focused and sleep better.
So listen to your body, and record what you do each day. This should help you begin to see a pattern.
And again, get a second opinion.
Thank uu so much that is really smart I feel like this actually will help me a lot as well because I realized different foods give me different feelings , I will do this how long should I track my fleating habits.
If you do you can pray and ask for help. I know that always helps me when I am down about something.
