I backed up my photos on iCloud and they all deleted from my camera roll and they aren't on iCloud?

You need to contact the manufacture or site of your iCloud, and ask them how to recover your files. There is not much help you can get otherwise, and I hope for your sake there is a way to recover them because I have lost tons of pictures I took in the past but mine were do to hard drive failure not iCloud.
