spent 3 hours on those questions already, still unsure, please can any one suggest me what kind of fallcies for those arugments?
1 Tigers are not found in NEW ZEALAND, so if you have one, don't lose it or you will never find it again
( i am going with equivocation, but seems like amphiboly is alright too)

2 Gun ownership is a major cause of violent crime, the prevalence of guns in the US matches the high rates for crimes of violence. when violence is contemplated, the guns are all too available.
( false cause? or begging the question? or something else?)

3 We should not liberalise laws on marijuana, any society with unrestricted access to drugs loses its work ethic and goes only for immediate gratification.
( i would go with slippery slope?)

4 the flight for the equal rights amendment in lowa is about a socialist, antifamily political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice withchcraft, destory capitalism and become lesbians.
(emmm....slippery slope?)

5 to allow everyman freedom of speech must always advantageous to the state; for it is highly conducive to the interests of the community, that each individual should enjoy a liberty perfectly unlimited of expressing his sentiments.
( i think maybe begging the question or hasty generalization)

please please help me out :-) thanks so much
