...  refilled it.now it is showing cartridge was incompatible with printer and buy a new cartridge.now refilled cartridge does not  compatible to this or not,I need information on this issue.whether refilled cartridge wont work with this or i should buy new cartridge

I tried refilling my cartridge but its a very messy task so, there 2 options for you buy a refill kit for your printer or buy new cartridge. 

My opinion says buy refill kit its affordable like for $20 or more.

To solve your Issues on HP deskjet 1510 check  with these factors on Control panel

1. Power button
2. Check color cartridge light
3. Check black cartridge light
4.  Attention light.
