I don't know how it happened but the lock is stuck or broken and I am stuck inside my room. Not sure how i can get out. I also cannot climb out the window because i am UPSTAIRS and I can't just jump out the window. What should i do?? Please tell me there is something i can do.

find something thin and stiff like a credit card to try and force the latch back.Is there not someone in the house who can hear you holler for assistance? try sending s.o.s.ike ... ... ... in threes 3 at a time like the dots *** *** *** Also if prob is loose door knob force down as turn to make it catch.
if you have friends on your Facebook page that live nearby, you can IM them to come over and help you with the door. you could also use a credit card or something similar. if nothing else works you could always bust the door down. you should also, either buy a new doorknob or hire a locksmith to fix it once you get out of your room of course.
This should call for an emergency. You can call for someone in your home for help. Else, you can also call for a locksmith whom you could really trust. As far as I know, atlantalockmaster.com are the locksmiths in my area everybody have trusted. You can start checking in your local directory, they should be able to fix and find a solution to your problem. Just hang on in there. Stay calm and focused.
