I am staying dizzy lightheaded and champing in stomach I take a few bites and cant eat anything else

...  I went to er and was to It is all in my head but my rbc went from 4.18 to 4.02 and my hgb went from 10.7 to 10.3 in 2 days and I feel like I am bout to vomit I know something is wrong but don't know what to do cause I feel like I am bout to black out

Have they prescribed any medication for any of the nausea or cramping? 

Could be side effects, or it could just be unfixed. I'd schedule an appointment with your primary doctor and try and give them more information.
