I've been there for almost three weeks now. The house smells like mould the house is very run down. The eaves are very damage and pour when it rains. The realestate told me it would be fixed before I moved in. I've already had to fix a few things our selves like loose doors, gardens the house was dirty when I moved in the carpets are really bad. I have had to report both doors for security reasons. My question is I don't want to be there if I was to break lease would I be able to apply
For another one or would I not be considered because I broke this one? Anyone broke lease before would I have to pay the rest of the rent for the remaining five months?
I am renting I signed the lease for six months. I'm not happy and want to break lease what do I do?

you should take pictures of the problems in the house send a work letter or work order to the owner or manager explaining whats wrong and it needs to be fixed if that doesn't work tell them you are going to high someone to fix theses things then you will be taking this off the rent cause it hasn't been fixed if you do this you run a better chance of having those issues fixed go to the landlord tenant laws on the web and get your forms you need and their links that will help you it should tell about leases there to if you break it make sure you have pictures before and after you got to make sure you deal with theses things legally charge them for what you had to fix to get rembursted you have to have a good reason for breaking a lease as well
