I would like to know how I can invite freelancers and clients to register in my website. I have put in so much of effort and money in it. I would want it to be successful. Please suggest me ideas.

Also, you can go into existing such sites (oDesk, eLance) and mention your site in their forums. It might be against their rules, and I don't know what risk you'd be taking. If you just get your account closed, you can create a new account with another email address. If you have your own domain, you can make up email addresses at will, but eventually they might prevent emails from that domain from creating a new account.
