no. eating before you go to bed or late at night isn't healthy. if you are too hungry, eat something light. when you eat before you go to bed your body doesn't have enough time to digest the food you eat so it stores the excess calories and will make you will gain weight. i have the same problem with eating too late at night. some nights i do good, others i don't.
yes, and not eating anything during the day and then over eating at night isn't healthy either. the best way to lose weight without too much exercise is to wait until you're hungry. then when when you are hungry pick out something to eat and follow portion sizes you find on the "nutrition facts." fruits, vegetables, water ect. but you don't have to quit all the foods you eat, just follow portion sizes and eat when you're hungry. also try finding healthier snacks like "nature valley bars," "triscuits" ect.
so ur saying if i dont eat anything in the day and eat in the middle of the night like a lot of food and go to bed ill just gain weight?
